近期有员工邮箱密码泄露，造成钓鱼邮件/垃圾邮件频繁出现。
自即日起（2015-2-13），公司所有员工将被要求更新邮箱密码。您在登录公司邮箱或办公协同平台等系统时，将提示您修改密码或密码错误，请及时更改密码。
邮箱密码规则如下：

一 员工每90天必须更换一次邮箱密码
二密码长度至少8位
三密码不能包含邮箱账户名，不能包含邮箱账户中超过两个连续字符的部分
备注 密码中需包含至少以下四类字符中的三类字符:英文大写字母(A 到 Z)、英文小写字母(a 到 z)、数字(0 到 9)、特殊字符(例如
!、$、#、%))。
