Hi William.  The benefits of your ambition to provide  L1 capability
enhancements -- for /certain/ user's completeness requirements-- definitely
outweigh the drawbacks . This is a FACT.

However, for the /typical/ user's completeness requirements, this FACT
probably won't be relevant.
