I'm using influxDB as my datastore for a grafana dashboard. There are some
things that I want to be able to display that are not time related, and all the
supported datastores are TSDB, so please don't just suggest using a different
DB. Anyway, I would like to store some configuration data in my influx
database, I want to be able to only have 1 record of this configuration and I'm
wondering what the best way to go about this is? I was thinking, that since
deletes aren't efficient that I should just write all the entries with the same
time and then it would just update it everytime and use the most recent one I
wrote.
