Hi! I'm setting up an InfluxDB that will be receiving various system and application metrics from Telegraf.
I have multiple clusters of machines with different roles, and for the sake of being able to to templating in Grafana I would like to easily figure out what machines are part of a certain cluster. I made telegraf add a "cluster" tag that contains the value of the cluster a machine is part of. But.. how can I now make a query that gives me all the values of the "host" tag for machines which are part of cluster "A"? It doesn't seem possible from what I can see, correct? I can use regexp matching in grafana to a certain degree, but hostnames do not necessarily have a pattern that shows me what cluster they are part of. Alternative solutions to this problems?
