When one SELECTs some metrics with GROUP BY all points belong to only one or more series mentioned in the FROM clause. However, if one want to build some kind of analytics with InfluxDB as underlying storage it will be very convenient to be able to perform SETs related operations between series. For example, select all points from serie A where A.val not in (SELECT B.val FROM serie B WHERE ...).
I wonder is it possible or maybe planned to introduce such feature in the future? If not, it will be very precious to receive any arguments against this feature or some notes why this is not possible.
