The line protocol in the error is incorrect. Strings in fields must be
double-quoted, or else the system tries to parse them as a boolean. It
should be PDUname="Rack".

Sounds like a bug with the plugin. Can you open an issue
<https://github.com/influxdata/telegraf/issues/new> on the repo, please?
