I've verified the behavior, and it does make some sense. A query with `SELECT LAST(foo), LAST(bar)...` returns a single line in the response. That line has the actual LAST field value for each referenced field, but the timestamps may not match, so the system uses the lower time range boundary as the timestamp. With no time range specified, it defaults to epoch 0.
I've opened https://github.com/influxdata/influxdb/issues/7045 to have a discussion about this behavior. Please contribute your thoughts if you can.
