You are using seconds precision, so it's possible the timestamps are colliding. If two points have the same measurement name, tag set, and timestamp, they are combined into a single point via the union of their field sets.
I don't see any duplicate points in your example, though, so I'm not sure that's it. Are you using UDP? Is the server under any significant load or resource exhaustion? When you say only ~10% of the points persist, how are you querying them?
