Thanks Nathaniel. I saw there is a property called *Flapping* [ https://docs.influxdata.com/kapacitor/v0.13/nodes/alert_node/#flapping] for alert node. From the description it looks like it does what I want, but I couldn't make it work. Do you have an example with *Flapping* property?
