Hi, I'm using influxdb v0.12 on a 6 core 2.6Ghz CPU with 8GB of RAM. In a parallel (historical fill) bulk(10000 fields per write. Each point contains varying number of fields) load of 6 time series, my observation is that the server is able to do ~450K fields/sec at approximately 300% of CPU consumed. The memory consumption ramps up to 3Gb(What is this dependent on? The number of time series being buffered?). The WAL disk is doing a fairly steady 400 tps. The data disk has bursty tps with peaks of upto 850. Is this performance inline with what you have been observing?
