Thanks Robert. I am able to see the CPU Usage for each host in graph.
The same logic I have implemented to get memory usage using query
SELECT mean("used") FROM "mem" WHERE "host" =~ /^$hostname$/ AND $timeFilter
GROUP BY time($interval), "host" fill(null) "Alias By" [[tag_host]].
When I select 2 hosts it is coming two horizontal lines in the graph. But when
I click on any single tag host the graph is displaying correct for that host. I
did not get the reason why it is showing horizontal lines when multiple servers
are selected.

Thanks and Regards,
Sree
