We have an implementation in place that leverages telegraf/influx to poll physical servers and monitor cpu/disk etc. I want to check if I can configure telegraf to do a similar type of monitoring on the applications deployed in our servers to monitor JVM, swap space etc.
Would love to know more from this group if they have any case studies on these lines.
