Hello, I Hop some one here can help me explain how to use domnsampled data. In a test we run collectd with two retention policies and continuous queries to downsample the data.
The thing I dont understand, is I can query the downsampled data just fine, but how to I get grafana to display the aggregated old data? All we see is the hour data. Retentions: two_hours "2h0m0s" "1h0m0s" 1 true a_year "8736h0m0s" "168h0m0s" 1 false CQ: cq_30m "CREATE CONTINUOUS QUERY cq_30m ON collectd BEGIN SELECT mean(*) INTO collectd.a_year.downsampled_cpu_value FROM collectd.two_hours.cpu_value WHERE time > now() - 1h GROUP BY time(10m), * END" I do get output when running the (adjusted) CQ from the CLI, and I do see the other policies in grafana, but not any old data. Can any one please point me in the right direction?
