It makes no sense to have a `SELECT *` and a GROUP BY time(60s) clause. What value should be used for each minute? It's not downsampling everything, just moving every value.
You need to provide a function, like MEAN, MAX, FIRST, etc. to downsample the data. Otherwise there will be no space savings.
