The Admin UI has been deprecated for a reason, it's not entirely reliable due to browser issues. InfluxDB is also only experimentally supported on Windows. I recommend installing it on a POSIX machine for the best experience. That will allow you to use the CLI as well, which is a superior interface to the Admin UI.
