1. Morgoth stores the fingerprints in RAM, for most cases the number of 
unique fingerprints above the error threshold will stabilize and so the 
required RAM will remain stable.
2. Increasing the sigma value from 3.0 will allow windows that were 
previously considered different to be counted as the same. Decreasing it 
has the opposite effect. In other words a large sigma value is more 
tolerant of differences in each window. Specifically the comparison is if 
the mean of the new window is more than sigma standard deviations away from 
the mean of the original window then the new window is considered 
different. Otherwise they are considered the same.
3. At this time there are only 3 implemented fingerprinters. You can find 
them here https://github.com/nathanielc/morgoth/tree/master/fingerprinters. 
The code has comments about how they work but otherwise there isn't too 
much docs on them yet :( Best thing is to try them out and see if they work 
for your data. If not don't feel obligated to use them.
