Telegraf 1.2 will have self-reporting (see PR 2043 [1]). We should have a 1.2 beta build available this week or early next week, if you don't want to build from source.
Alternatively you should be able to add a global tag on each telegraf agent, but the self-reporting is probably the better solution.
