Hi, We're really excited to start using InfluxDB 1.2.0 in our application!
Apologies for the newbie and possibly dumb question but I'm trying to figure out if write operations via the InfluxDB HTTP API are synchronous or asynchronous. For example, if we send in a batch of a 1000 data points to /write, does the request respond only after the write has completed (or failed), or does it respond after receipt of the request to write the batch, and then go ahead with writing ?
