I've seen lots of activity recently on telegraf github around external plugins, and potential breaking changes for 2.0. Is there a project plan or wish list document or wiki of any sort which describes what the project owners are hoping to fulfill with telegraf 2.0? We want to understand where the project is going so we can be ahead of the curve so to say.
