afs: failed to store file

Can anyone tell me what the messages occuring on an SGI running IRIX 5.2
and AFS 3.3a.

"afs: failed to store file (5)"

and

"afs: failed to store file (13)"

mean?

I've looked through the cache code and cannot find the meaning of these
error codes.

Are these known problems that are fixed in AFS 3.4?
