Fellow AFS-ers
We here in the lab are struggling with some AFS problems, which
although Transarc are working
on it, are not progressing to a fix in the time we would expect for
these sort of problems.
And in info-afs I think to hear an not too happy undertone.
I now propose to organise during the upcoming a BOF session on Transarc
support.
Purpose of the meeting would be to see whether more customers are not
that happy, in which areas. If there is a consistent message from the
audience then we can use that as a message to Transarc and at the same
time we can help Transarc in providing the support services by making
our requirements more clear.
I there is enough suuport for this BOF, I will ask the conference for
space and time.
