We have a situation where everyone needs to be able to read/write in a
directory structure, but they should only be able to write using a tool to
check new files in. In other words, any user can create the file 'foo' as
long as they create it by running program 'bar' to do so.
How do I set that up? If I give them write access they can skip using the
program. This has to work from any machine, so I can't save a copy of a token
off and then plug it back in later.
