We have several IBM SMP boxes (R30's and J30's) running AIX 4.1.4 with
AFS34a client code. I understand that the SMP are not yet supported by
transarc, and that there is some kind of "threads" problem. This problem
makes the box go crazy 8's (888's). This is not good. I have two
questions
1. What is transarc's plans to support the SMP box?
2. Can we make the SMP's work by binding all of the afsd's to a single
processor.
