Our upcoming AFS installation brings up some multi-homed questions, any
discussion
and enlightenment on the subject is appreciated. Here's something to
start with:

Transarc says that only plain AFS fileservers work properly.

Q1: Why doesn't multi-homed AFS clients work ?
Q2: If I have a multi homed AFS fileserver, I cannot run afsd on it right ?
Q3: Would it work if I have a secondary server backbone network that
uses static routes ?
Q4: Could such a setup work even with database machines ?
Q5: What work is going on to make multi-homed AFS machines - other than
file servers - work ?
