Yes, but it wasn't easy. X11, as distributed from MIT, expects to be built
in the SVR4 environment under Solaris 2.x. The Transarc-distributed AFS
libraries were built in the BSD environment. Trying to link the two together
caused numerous undefined globals and other nonsense.
We (Pitt) hold an AFS source license, so I downloaded the sources to all of
the libraries needed to do authentication, modified them to compile correctly
in the SVR4 environment, and rebuilt the libraries. Linking those libraries
with the SVR4 xdm worked fine.
