Greetings,

In our AFS cell, all of our AFS servers (database, file, etc.) are
running AFS 3.3 (Solaris 2.3 and Sunos 4.1.3). We recently upgraded all of our
clients to AFS 3.4a (Solaris 2.5). We would like to begin the process of
upgrading our servers to AFS 3.4a (Solaris 2.5). My question is:

Can we take a single file server, upgrade it to Solaris 2.5 and AFS 3.4a, and
continue to operate in our cell where all of our other servers (including the
database servers) are still at AFS 3.3?

Also, at some point, can we upgrade our database servers one at a time or do
we have to do them all at once?

What other things should we be aware of in trying to "phase in" AFS34a?

Thanks in Advance,
