You must be thinking of draft-ietf-cat-kerberos-passwords-01, not 02. Both
have been deleted by now, apparently (I just checked). It was titled
"Integrating Single-Use Authentication Mechanisms with Kerberos",
published July 1, 1996, with the following abstract:
1. Abstract
This document defines extensions to the Kerberos protocol specification
[RFC1510] which provide a method by which a variety of single-use
authentication mechanisms may be supported within the protocol. The
method defined specifies a standard fashion in which the
preauthentication data and error fields in Kerberos messages may be
used to support single-use authentication mechanisms.
I will see if I still have the file around to send you (I only have
hardcopy here).
