I recently installed the latest version of ADM on our cell.
This is a first time installation for adm at this site.
Durring the configure process we ran into some difficulties.
I have attached the config.log file below.
The first problem has to do with libBSD.a comming up not found.
We do not have this library on our systems the closest thing I was
able to find was /usr/lib/libbsd.a . Can any one tell me if they are
one and the same?
The second and apparently less critical problem has to do with
GNU readline support.
Even with all these config problems the package appears to work.
However the ADM server code seems to be running unauthenticated
with regard to the cachemgr primitives.
When doing a cachemgr-get-acl call I receive a permission denied
error when fetching acls for directories that do not have an
acl for system:anyuser read.
If any one can provide insight to my config or authentication
problems I would appreciate hearing from you at.
