Since you seem to post from Sweden, I suspect that you did the wrong thing to
follow the EU's new summertime rules, namely you reset the time on your
machines. 

What you *should* have done is:

1. Make sure that you've got the correct time zone information on your AFS
servers, either by installing the vendor's patches or setting up the correct
TZ variable, i.e. TZ=MET-1METDST,M3.5.0,M10.5.0 for [I hope all of] Sweden,

2. use ntp or your wristwatch to set the time correctly on your AFS 
servers,

3. don't reset the time on the clients, but let AFS do it. Just make sure the
clients have the correct time zone information as well (fixes or $TZ).
