Hi,

In AIX 4.1, if a logical volume with a filesystem has fragments smaller
than the 4096 byte default, or if the filesystem is JFS compressed, can
that
filesystem be mounted and used for AFS fileserver and accessed normally by
another system?
In other words, is the fragmentation or compression transparent to other
systems via AFS?

Transarc claims that this is "transparent". Does anyone have any
experience with this?

Thanks,
