Well, I'm sure that's the theory, anyway. The sub/super users
concept was never implemented, and I somehow get the feeling it
never will be. I wonder if there's even anyone still around who
remembers how it was supposed to work...
The other things marked NYI have to do with registering "foreign"
users; that is, users from another cell. AFAIK, none of these are
ever used by the current cross-realm authentication code.
