In order to simplify some debugging problems I've seen (with bad CellServDB
files, actually), I've released setcells v1.0.3. This has better error
reporting than the previous versions. I've also included my "packaging"
mods so that you can build either Solaris pkgadd or HP-UX 10.x swinstall style
native packages merely by doing "make package". Read the enclosed README
for more details. (The package installs to /usr/local/ by default.)

setcells can be found at http://people.qualcomm.com/garrett/setcells/

setcells simplifies updating AFS cache managers on the fly, and can be used
to push updates to an entire cell of clients without rebooting them. It
is a single C program and doesn't make use of any external programs, making
it more robust and more efficient.
