So our NT guy is running NT/AFS patch 6 against our cell, a standard
cell with the exception that we're running an MIT Kerberos V4 server as the
authentication server instead of the Transarc KAserver. Does anyone have
any responses to his questions?

So I have some questions for the guy from Cornell or anywhere else that is
successfully using the nt client product. Here's where I am now:
Running Patch 6:
I can mount my afs home dir as a drive.
I can authenticate.
I get the 'expired' token message that David gets. (does Cornell get this?)
I can use Explorer, File Manager, Command prompt with the mount.
I can list the files in my afs home directory, it takes 28 seconds to get
the initial list of 42 objects, but is cached thereafter. (does it take
Cornell clients this long to list files?)
I cannot copy files to or from the afs mount using Explorer, Windows File
Manager or the command prompt. I get an error message each time that the
server is restarting or paused. (anybody seen this behavior?)
I cannot open any files from an application.
How does this compare to Cornell or other sites?
If other sites' clients behave correctly then would it make sense to assume
that it's our server implementation that is problematic for the NT clients?
