I am also running AFS and clearcase. I ran into problems when I would
load CCase on an AFS client running IRIX 5.x. I ended up hacking the rtsymtab
on the sgi to get AFS and the mvfs to load into the kernel. I would not
suggest this hack on an AFS server, just the client. I have not had any
problems with
SunOS 5.5 or 5.5.1
Are you storing your vob/views in afs space? If so I would be interested in
how you are handling the acls on the object.
I have placed several trouble calls with Rational (Atria, Pure Atria) hoping
they would issue a fix. Nothing every came of it though.
In a nutshell I am very interested in making CCase and AFS work seemlessly.
