I haven't seen any discussion on here about what people thought of Decorum
99 (actually I haven't seen much discussion on here period :). In my opinion
last year's conference was much better than this years. I thought there
were more talks that were pertinent to AFS, and it seemed there were more
AFS administrators at the conference last year. I talked with a few people
from Transarc about this and they mentioned the possibility of reviving
the old AFS users group. There could possibly be a one or two day user
group meeting in Pittsburgh that would be all AFS related. I thought this
sounded like a great idea since Decorum is tending to be much more diverse
than I like (AFS, DCE, DFS, Encinia, etc.). Diversity is good, but for
the money that Decorum is costing I don't feel I get enough out of it
any longer. Any comments from other AFS admins about having an AFS users
group meeting over Decorum (or in addition to)?
