Or, if this is not an option, run a 'ka-forwarder'-like instance on your
database servers to forward the KRB4 requests to your K5 KDC, and modify
the K5KDC to do the right thing with these "forwarded" requests :)
(I really need to write up how I did this and make the patches to the kdc
available...)
