That was it. We don't use NIS's services map, but in switching NIS
master servers, some old, incorrect kerberos stuff slipped into the map for
one NIS server, and the 2 "bad" AFS servers were using it and the "good"
server used an older map without any kerberos. Pushing out a corrected map
fixed it.
