Hi All, I was wondering if anyone out there has any tool that can identify hot volumes on a fileserver realtime. I'd like to be in a situation where I can replicate a volume to spread the load before I get a call about a volume timing out. Thanks, Doug. =================================================================== ---------- Forwarded message ---------- Date: Wed, 24 Nov 1999 13:51:54 -0500 From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: TR-56007 Identifying hot volumes Hi Doug, I checked around a bit to see if we had any tools to identify hot volumes on a fileserver, but didn't have much luck. Most of the tools we use are just to identify if a fileserver is getting hit hard -- not which volumes are getting hit. This might be a good question for you to offer to info-afs. Perhaps someone out there has written a script that will do what you're looking for and would be willing to share. Sorry I couldn't offer more assistance.
