Sounds like maybe the LANA number for your NIC is no longer 000. By
default the AFS client looks at LANA number 000 for the network interface.
If you removed the card and reinstalled it the LANA number for this card
is probably 001 or 002 (depending on what else is installed).
Go to the 'Network' control panel, select NetBIOS, Properties, and edit
the LANA number so that your primary NIC is at 000.
Alternatively check the release notes. There's a way to tell the
client, via the Registry, to use a different LANA number. You set
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TransarcAFSDaemon\Parameters\LANadapter
to something other than '0' (based on your NetBIOS LANA configuration).
