Hello Gerhard,
I am using AFS 3.4a client (3.74) on AIX 4.3.3.
Apart from the fact that I had to add the following
stanza to /usr/lib/security/methods.cfg
AFS:
program = /usr/vice/etc/afs_dynamic_auth
and make sure the CDE entry in /etc/inittab was changed:
dt:2:wait:/etc/rc.dt => afs-dt:2:wait:/etc/rc.dt
(followed by a reboot to get AFS authentication in CDE OK)
It is quite the same as for AFS 3.4a on AIX 4.3.2.
