        However if you're exposed down an /afs/cellname path you're no longer just
        exposed to the AFS world, you're exposed to the web-accessed universe.
        
Yes; it hadn't occurred to me until now quite how that would be
accomplished if the top level of the cell were "safe".  Sigh.
This is what I get for not hiring lots of students (with lots of
time and energy on their hands, and malice, or at least
curiousity in their hearts)...
