RE: Local users get AFS prompt on HP-UX 11

Unless I'm mistaken, the below suggestion would be quite unfortunate for any
user that ONLY has an afs password, which is a pretty standard way of
setting things up. Since you require them to have a unix password to log in,
they won't be able to.
