  I'm guessing that you're using a laptop, and that the LAN Adapter (LANA)
number assigned to your NetBIOS IP interface is something other than 0.

  You have two options: 

  1) Make the NetBIOS config such that device providing the IP service is
LANA 0.

  2) Add an entry in your registry such that

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TransarcAFSDaemon\Paramters\LANadapter

  is of type DWORD and is set to the value of the LANA that corresponds to
your NetBIOS IP network device.

  This is detailed in the release notes.

  (I'm probably using incorrect terminology here...I don't really
understand NetBIOS or what the relationships are here).
