Our security-group here is about to build a prototype for distributed
security management. We have already an almost working CMIS manager and agent
(still to be secured). The goal is now to use this managed object infrastructure
to administer an afs-cell remotely (especially registry i.e. the kas).
On anonymous ftp grand.central.org we found in /darpa/doc/afs/specs/progint
quite some documentation. Unfortunately, the documentation of the kas-calls
is missing.
Therefore our question:
- do you know if and how such an API documentation is available
- do you know of anybody else who already has performed similar
experiments ?
Any hints would be highly appreciated !
