During installation of AFS 3.2 on an ULTRIX 4.2a system,
the fileserver process seems to have problems staying up. After creating a
BosConfig entry for the fs process (Section 2.14 of installation guide), the fs
process keeps crashing and restarting. The following is output from a bos
status command:

Instance fs, (type is fs) has core file, currently running normally.
Auxiliary status is: salvaging file system.
Process last started at Fri Oct 23 10:32:31 1992 (17 proc starts)
Last exit at Fri Oct 23 10:32:31 1992
Last error exit at Fri Oct 23 10:32:31 1992, by file, due to signal 4
    Command 1 is '/usr/afs/bin/fileserver'
    Command 2 is '/usr/afs/bin/volserver'
    Command 3 is '/usr/afs/bin/salvager'

Running the bos status command again shows the number of proc starts increasing.

Here is the FileLog:

Any help would be appreciated.
