To be added to or removed from an internet list, the convention is to
send mail to the list's *-request address. For the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] list, this would be [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Sending subscription and removal requests to the list itself only
servs to annoy the entire membership of the list, who are powerless to
help you.
