Don't forget that Networker,tar,cpio will not preserve any quota 
information or ACL's on a restore.

Also, since users have the ability to "fs mkm" any volume they want,
be carefull that they don't "fs mkm root.cell ${HOME}/new_mt_point" (or
any other volume). Not only could this be a large volume, but it might 
cause an endless traversal. You could fill up your backup tapes very fast.
