Please delete the etl.go.jp cell in your cell database becasue the AFS server on etl.go.jp is currently not running on the "etlport.etl.go.jp" machine. A problem is that AFS servers access the AFS server of etl.go.jp and the servers send ICMP port unreachable packet frequently over the international digital line (the port number is 7003). The Japan internet community asks us to stop sending the ICMP port unreachable packet. -- Yutaka Ishikawa
