DFS clients for PC/Mac?

I am rather new to this list and do not know whether this is old stuff, but:

We would like to know if anyone knows if there exists DFS clients for 
Windows or Mac.
If so, which are the conditions for receiving the code? If not so, who may 
have
available relevant source code for development of such clients?
