<dstokes> According to information I received from some ADSM developers
<dstokes> at a conference recently, ADSM does understand AFS ACLs and will
<dstokes> save/restore them. It does not however understand the volume
<dstokes> structure or quotas.
That's interesting. Does it do the backup from the AFS server, or
is the backup server an AFS client, which scans down the AFS tree?
I think it makes a fairly large difference in terms of network efficiency.
